Hello. I'd like to realize callback for customer after he's called to the contact center.
I use UCCX.
Could somebody provide me the right script for this task?

Hi,
Head on over to uccx.net they have some sample scripts you can use. One of which is a callback and leave a message for call back script. Both work well.
