Hello,
I have a problem that caller Can't hear ringback uccx when transfer to agent
I want to ask if I should upload ringback in the moh on CUCM and attach it to CCG or CTI Ports OR this is done automatically by annunciator attached in MRGL on CTIs ?
I am using sample audio source
This is working before and now not working internally and from ouside.
I tried to restart Tomcat and check replication all is good
