Caller Number in Finesse Supervisor desktop

In Finesse supervisor desktop ,When agent is taking state , Finesse Supervisor what to see the caller Number which agent is talking to (it currently only shows the CSQ name) .In CAD supervisor we were able to see the calling Number when agent is talking state

This feature was available in CAD Supervisor desktop

Cisco Supervisor Desktop for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Standard  features:

◦ Agent observing: Supervisors can view an agent’s ACD state and phone status with caller data.

 In Finesse Supervisor only shows state
