Hello,
I have a customer interested in the following solution:
- The customer has a web page with information about its products;
- A web visitor can "click" in a link and, automatically, launch a video call with an agent.
They are studying third party solutions, as Whisbi (http://www.whisbi.com/en).
Has the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express solution any possibility of providing this service?

I am not sure about UCCX bout with UCCE & CVP you can provide that service.
"Cisco Unified CVP supports audio-based self-service and queuing for calls, which optionally become video calls when routed to a contact center agent. This support provides rich caller-agent interactions while saving cost and bandwidth during the self-service portion of the call. Video contact center is supported in this way for the following calling endpoints:
• Cisco TelePresence™ communications system
• Third-generation (3G) mobile devices (when connected to the network through a Cisco Integrated 3G-324M Gateway)
• Cisco Unified Video Advantage cameras
• Cisco Unified IP Phone 7985G videophone"

Unfortunately UCCE & CVP solution is very expensive for the type of customer we're thinking about (30 agents maximum).
We're looking for a third party solution integrable with UCCX. Does anybody know any interesting product?
