CallResult=0 or 13, what is this?

Hi,

Im getting following error code  my campaign report. What does it mean ? Why we are getting this CallResult ?

0: Dialer has not yet attempted to contact that customer record

13: Dialer stopped dialing customer due to lack of agents or network stopped dialing before it was complete.

Few questions...
What kind of campaigns are you running? IVR or Agent? Are you using CPA? Are your agents blended or strictly outbound?

Dialer campaigns: IVR based (only outbound)

Mode: PREDECTIVE ONLY

CPA: Enabled or not enabled, I have CallResult=0 or 13

UCCE: 11.6(1)
