Hi All,
Calls are getting drop as soon as agents answer the call. Agents hear fast busy tone.
Call flow:
ITSP > Oracle SBC (acts as an Ingress GW) > CVP > CUSP > CUCM > Cisco Phone
UCCE: 11.5 Ver
Finesse: 11.5 Ver
CUCM: 11.5 Ver
Is this issue occurring due to some problem in RTP session between SBC and Cisco phone ?
Please help me to find all possibilities.

Is it all calls? Do caller hear any prompts you have in CVP? If you route calls out of CVP to external phone numbers, does that work? That will help you narrow down where the problem might be.

Generally when this happens, it's a codec negotiation issue. Check to make sure that you have all codecs included in your CUBE and insert a termination point if necessary.
