Hi all,
We have some calls going to an ASR server from VXML GWs that shouldn't be going there. We know this because ASR licenses are being used when none should be used.
Call flow is typical SIP: Cube -> Cusp -> Call Server -> UCCE -> VXML Server -> VXML GW -> CUSP -> CUCM.
What kind of debug in the VXML server or GW should I turn on that will show when a request is made to the ASR server?
Thanks in advance for your help.

you can debug the mrcp and rtsp if you are using mrcp v1.
is your call trying invoke ASR where it should not?

Thank you Chintan for your response,
We do not at this time want to invoke ASR but it appears some call flows are going there.
I shall check on the version of MRCP.

We are using mrcp v1.
Questions: What RTSP/MRCP debug commands/levels are safe to use in production that would give us enough info to be able to tell when ASR is being invoked?
Is there anything we can run/look for in vxml server that would indicate this?
Many Thanks,
Paul

VXML application and ICM scripts built with microapp both can invoke ASR if proper configuration are not in place.
do you know any particular script or DN which is causing this to happen?
any info for which we can collect some logs?
