Translation Routing

I am sending a call to IPIVR through ICM using translation route. The calls are failing from Run External Script.

ErrorCode=The Script ID Specified is invalid or unknown (29)

the script is configured properly and there is no name mismatch.

IF i call the application directly on the IPIVR then it is working fine.

change the script name in the Cisco IPIVR to match the script name in       the Run External       Script node in the Cisco ICM

simple the script name should be same at both end.

There is a mapping on the ipivr under the ICM configuration that maps the name used by the external script node to the script name on the ipivr it sounds like this step had not been completed correctly

thanks for reply guys.

it is working now. it is bit strange. i changed the VRU script name to TEST1 from TEST1.aef and tested again and again, it works if i remove .aef from the script name. Other scripts with .aef are working fine.
