Calls to the trigger number works internally, calls from the outside to trigger does not work on Cisco UCCX

Calls to the trigger number works internally, calls from the outside to trigger does not work but if i assign a dn internally, calls from outside rings on the DN, but it doesnt ring on the trigger line ad so prompt are not been played.

Please help is needed.

Trigger number is 4500

Hi

Please check that the gateway inbound CSS has acess to the CTI Ports' partition.

Often you see this issue if the inbound CSS can reach the CTI Route Point, but not the ports. Obviously check that the CTI RPs are in a partitiion that is in the Inbound CSS as well.

Hi There is no partition configured, the gateway is in "none" partition. So everything is in none partition.
