Can Call Park be used by agent -uccx 7.02 ?

   We have  UCCX 7.02 - HA environment.    Is it possible for agents to park a call they received from the queue and then return to it or have another agent  pick up the parked call ?  If not, reason is ?  Want to explain the reasoning behind it if this is not allowed / possbile.    If yes,  then any pointers on setting it up or gotchas.
