Hi Guys,
one of my client he has UCCX 11.5 and CUCM 12.0 and want to get his uccx 11.5 calls thorugh Mobile Jabber?
Can he achieve it? and Does he needs Cisco Anyconnect?

Does it mean I have version 12.0 and above?

That note implies Jabber as a CSF device, not a TCT as for a mobile.

For CSF device types yes, not TCT or BOT for mobiles.
