Can't login CEM & Rserver can't startup

1. type http://ip_address_of_cem:8088, the pages can't open

2. Rserver failed to start due to failed to connect to DB mail socket!

3. Tserver doesn't listen on TCP port 1119

Hi,

Try to do custom installation of SQL server Settings " Dictionary Order, case-insensitive,

for use with 1252 Character Set."

Ensure that you use more than 20 licenses for SQL server used for CEM.

Used Mixed Mode authentication for SQL.

In MRPG for CEM Pim use conenction port either 1600 or 2000.

Check jaguar service.

PS: Ensure that you start core server first them cem server.

Hi we are having the same error we tried the above and still it doesn't work.

seems like there is TCP port conflict with other services.
