Can't login via FIPPA anymore

Hi, when I try to log in with a specific agent, e.g.,:

 

http://UCCX-IP-or-FQDN:8082/fippa/SEPAAAABBBBCCCC/login?password=cisco&extension=62000&id=arunabh

 

I get a HTTP 500 with this laconic error message:

 

IllegalStateException Not connected to server.                

Troubleshooting:

- The problem affects only a specific agent, all other agents can login without any problem

- All was working fine until yesterday, so I guess there is not a misconfiguration on the CUCM-side

- I can log-in with Finesse Web with the credentials of the affected agent

http://UCCX-IP-or-FQDN:8082/fippa/SEPAAAABBBBCCCC returns a proper FIPPA XML layout for the affected agent's phone

 

How can I fix?

After digging into FIPPA logs, it looks like it's this bug:
