Can UCCX run prompt wave from external location

Hi,

I have UCCX 10 and i need to run wave file as prompt on UCCX from external location windows server or PC.

Can UCCX 10 do this or i have to upload it to repository only.

Hi,

yes, it can do that. The Prompt Repository is the best place for the recordings, but if it cannot be used, UCCX can deal with recordings coming from a Samba share or even a database.
