Dear all,
I have installed the CVP 9.0 components and I am now in the phase of configuring the Call Server via the Ops Console.
I have already added the call server, but when I'm trying to configure the SIP subsystem, the Local Static Routes buttons (Add and Remove) are grayed and I am not able to add any route.
Kindly, is there any missing step that I should have done before adding a route?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you say Local Static Routes do you mean Dial Number Patterns?
Also on the Call Server - SIP Tab -are the Use DNS SRV and Resolve SRV localy checked & enabled?

Also, have you added any CallManagers or Gateways to CVP OpsConsole yet? As I believe only they can be pointed to by a static route.
