cannot change the status to ready, as the line is out of service.

Dear All,

I am having UCCX 8.0 integrated with CUCME 8.0. Recently we had to install becauseof the incosistency with the server. So after doing that i am able to login in the phone using the IPPA. But when i try to change the state. I am getting the follwoing error "cannot change the status to ready, as the line is out of service."  I am attaching the logs for your reference. I am planning to do a reboot of CUCME. Apart from restart is there any other update. I have tried restarting the services in uccx and removed the configuration and added the configuration, Tried with different phones, same issue

voice serv voip
sip
bind all source-interface
