I deploy ccx 12.0 and try to login finesse but I got error "

By “deploy” did you mean “in-place upgrade”? Your question seems to imply this exact user/config was previously working. Assuming that’s correct, is the version of CUCM supported by the CCX 12.0 release? Are all of the certificates trusted/valid/not-expired when CCX attempts the connection to CUCM for user auth?
