cannot login to uccx editor

hi

i cannot login to uccx editor. earlier i was able to login to it . now i cant login with those credentials. Nor can i loin to "Cisco unified CCX Administration".

I can login to CLI of uccx and getting below result

admin:show uccx appadmin administrators
There are no uccx administrators configured
Command successful.

any idea what could cause it ?

@Wonxie, you might find these two posts of help for resetting it. Perhaps the user was removed/expired from UCM?
