Cannot see more than 1 CUCM server fin Cisco Unified CM Configuration of UCCX

Hello:

In my lab I have two cucm servers (pub and sub) in version 10.5.2.13901-2 and a UCCX in version 10.5.1.10000-24.

I have done the integration with having only the publisher running without problems, selecting it for the AXL Service Provider, CTI manager and RMCM.

Now I have both cucm servers running with the AXL and CTI services running too, but I cant select the Sub in the UCCX for add it to the  configuration. I have restarted the ccx engine, the AXL and CTI services, and Cisco JTAPI resync without results.

What can I do? Why I cann´t see both servers?

Best Regards.

First of all, is the CUCM cluster operational and DB replication is OK?

Second, are both CUCM nodes running CTI Manager?

Are you not seeing the subscriber as an option to be selected for the AXL, JTAPI or RMCM integration or all?

Both nodes are running CTI Manager.

I am not seeing the subscriber as an option to be selected for all integration options. It´s not available for any of the three options.

Best Regards.

"Errors or Mismatches Were Found!!! " this is concerning.

The db status report under CUCM reports page might provide better clue as to what the issues are.

Hello Chris:

Another problem that I have is that the Unified CM Telephony Subsystem is OUT OF SERVICE all the time and the CTI ports don´t register in the cucm.

I have the attached error. Of course the AXL service is running in both cucm servers and there is connectivity between all the three servers.

I have test the solution described here but it doesn´t work:
