CCE Dialer call disconnects on FXO

Hi Folks,

I have configured the VG and UCCE 10.0.2 dialer for outbound campaigns but facing challenge i.e when dialer makes the call it gets disconnect at VG and doesn't ring the customer number. However, from CCM I am able to make manual outbound call, also inbound calls to IVR is working fine.

I have two FOX ports for inbound and outbound calls.

I am attaching the logs.

Customer ANI is :2895435

Agent Ext: 2034

Using 9 as a prefix.

Hi All,

I have found in the UCCE SRND that FXo is not supported with SIP Dialer till 10.5. Since version 11.5 cisco supports SIP dialer with CUBE and Ip Phone.

 

The Outbound SIP Dialer supports the T1 PRI and E1 PRI interfaces to the PSTN. The SIP Dialer also supports CUBE.
