CCMP provisionning server issue

Hello cisco peple,

I have a deployment of Cisco Management Portal 8.5 but I have issues with communication with AW server via ConAPI:

The CCMP don't show Agents and Skill groups neither i can add Agents or Skill Groups, they state never change in "Pending Active"

Looking in to the log files at Provisioning server see this:

How can we activate the provisionning server and connect via ConAPI with AW?

Dear David,

Copy the ConAPI.jar file from the 8.5(4) CCE AW to the 127.0.0 folder of the Provisioning Server.

Follow these steps.

1./ Stop the Provisioning Server Windows Service on the CCMP DB Servers 2./ Copy the C:\ICM\BIN\ConAPI.jar file from the AW to the following directory on the CCMP DB Servers (C:\Program Files\Management Portal\Provisioning Server\lib\conapi\127.0.0) 3./ Restart the Provisioning Server Windows Service on the CCMP DB Servers

Please run the above workaround and inform me if this helps, if not, please send me the logs after running the above workaround.

Did you ever resolve this issue? I am currently experiencing the same issue as seen below.
