CCP Configuration Issue

Hello All,

We have uccx 12.5 and CCP 12.5 , while configuring ccp configuration in uccx getting error " An unknown error occurred while performing the operation. Please check the logs for more details."

And also noticed that the status of database subsystem and Nonvoice subsystem are not configured in uccx serviceability page.

I have not yet installed CCP; but will be soon.  Check the MADM and Install logs... you will probably find the error message there...
As far as the comment, "And also noticed that the status of database subsystem and Nonvoice subsystem are not configured in uccx serviceability page..."
You will see this information in your serviceability status if you do not have a JDBC driver and database DSN configured, for a 3rd Party database application resource, and the other (Nonvoice subsystem) if you do not have chat/email subsystems configured and in use.
