I added a new skill and CSQ today. Everything works fine as it should. Except in Supervisor, the super wants to create a notification for calls holding in queue.
When I check the skill groups list, it's not in there. I've tried synchronizing CCX Desktop Administrator and resetting the "Desktop Services" under Unified CCX Serviceability. The skill still doesn't show up. Any ideas?
Thanks for any help in advance.

Please ensure the you have assigned the CSQ that you want to set the action for under the Assigned CSQs on Team Configuration in UCCX. It looks like that the CSQ for which you want to create the action is not under the Assigned CSQ for the respective supervisor through which you are logged in right now.

Hi Deepak, thank you, however I know how to set them up. My problem is, I don't see the skill I want to set up the notification on, in the Skill Group List. All of the other skills are there but the new one.

Sorry for the late response. Friday was the last day at that job, I started a new job yesterday. That is the answer. Thanks for your help!
