CCX 11.5 Finesse IPPA - Queue stats?

Hello,

IPPA works fine.  I am searching for configuration options.  Would like for it to show Queue stats: Call Waiting, Longest Waiting...

Is this possible?  I was told there was a CLI setting but cannot locate one.

Hello Eddie,

I am afraid to say that real time statistics is still not available with Finesse IPPA as it used to be there with normal IPPA till version 10.x. The IP Phone Agent in UCCX 11 was greatly changed from the one available in UCCX 10.x since CAD was completely removed in favor of Finesse. The CSQ statistics feature was one of those changes and is only part of the 10.x series of IPPA. Below I am providing you with the links of Design Guide for version 10.5 and 11.5 that shows the features available with IPPA and Finesse IPPA. You will see that 10.5 SRND includes Real Time Statistics but 11.5 does not show this
