CCX 5.0(2) SR1 to SR3 direct upgrade?

Hey everyone,

Just wondering if its possible to directly upgrade CCX 5.0(2) from SR1 to SR3 without having to first upgrade to SR2.

From the release notes. Looks like it's ok.

"Cisco Customer Response Solutions (CRS) Service Release, 5.0.2_SR03_Build317.exe should be installed only with Cisco CRS 5.0(2), CRS 5.0(2) SR1 and CRS 5.0(2) SR2."

Hello,

You can install SR3 in your server without any issue. UCCX SRs are cumulative and the newest includes the fixes of the old ones.
