Hello all,
I'm no more able to login into my IPCC Server.
I get the following message:
Not Authorized
AXL operation timed out. Please try again. Please use the browsers back button to go back to the login page."
I suppose the problem appeared because the Call Manager server crashed.
I think I have to restart some service on the windows IPCC side.
What's the correct service?
thanks

This could indicate a problem with Call Manager. Can you log in to call manager successfully?
What versions of UCCX and CUCM are you using?

Hello Brian,
thanks for your reply.
CM server ver. 7.1.5 crashed and I wasn't able to login into UCCX. I reloaded the CM but It was still impossible to login into the UCCX (ver. 5.1).
I was wondering what services on the UCCX side handle the registration with the CM.

Hi,
UCCX sends the AXL request to CUCM. If CUCM doesn't respond you'll get the error you see above. The problem is most likely with your CUCM, rather than UCCX.
Can you log in to the admin pages of Call Manager?

Thanks for your support. I restarted the UCCX and now everyhting is fine.

Just a general piece of advice for anyone reading this thread: UCCX needs to boot after CUCM boots. Therefore, if you CUCM goes down for any reason, bring it back up, then restart your UCCX as well. This is going to be true for CER as well.

Thanks Anthony for the great info!
Should I reload the server or can I just restart some services?

The UCCX Engine is the main component of the system, however, if you were to read my documentation on quarterly maintenance*, you will find that I recommend rebooting the whole server.
*Quarterly maintenance document does not really exist, but it should!
