After calling Cisco to get the license file I have added it into the Unified Contact Center Express Administration setup page. I get the following message:
" Error the license xxxxx.lic ,was not uploaded since SQL2K should be installedto enable High Availability feature. Please add High Availability server license after installing SQL2K".
I have checked the CCX server and restarted the SQL server/services.
Does anybody know what is wrong and how to fix it?

CCX uses MSDE by default. If you want to enable HA you must install SQL 2000 which ships on a separate disc first. If you have done this and are still getting an error, call TAC.
Ok, thanks for you're reply. After a reinstall I still get error messages. I will contact TAC.
