CCX 8.5.1 Datastore activation failed on 2nd node

I was setting up a CCX 8.5.1 HA in my lab.  But the 2nd node failed to activate datastores with error "replication is not setup"  (see attached screenshot).  I'm using the demo license (Premium) on the installation DVD.

Any hints what might have caused that?

Does High Availability show as enabled under System > Licensing Information > Display Licenses? I'm not sure it's included in the demo license.

Also don't forget to authorize the second node by adding it under System > Servers. This is needed for iptables to allow Informix (and other ICCS traffic) from the second node. The Installing Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Release 8.5(1) covers this starting on page 56.
