Dear All,
I’ve got a problem by installing TAPS on a CCX 8.5.1
The Service Provider Configuration wants’ to know an
Unified CME server host name or IP address
but i want to use TAPS with Call Manager 8.6.1
I found no way to do this.
Any idea?

The reason it is coming up with that error is due to the fact that a CUCME integration was selected during the initial setup of the UCCX server. If you want to integrate with CUCM, then you will need to reinstall UCCX. There may be a way to switch from CME to CUCM, but I don't know it off the top of my head.

that was exactly the problem. First I only see express,
and touched it without reading, in opinion they mean contact center express.
