Well, you can't change it. CCX will rely on the underpinning RedHat OS and JRE to determine DST rules. The US DST rule update in 2007 was the last mass chaos of updating that took place. Since then there have been individual defects filed for other countries that have tweaked their rules. I did a bit of searching but do not see a document that lists the JRE version installed so that we could validate against Oracle's bugs.
If you have spotted a problem it's probably best to open a TAC case for this.
