CCX Editor: Valid/Interruptible and Invalid/Uninterruptible Inputs

Hello,

Is it possible to configure a single script where valid key inputs automatically interrupt a prompt and move to the next step in a script, but all invalid inputs do not interrupt a prompt?

I understand you can disable the Barge In feature. Is it possible to enable the barge in feature within the same menu but only for valid key inputs? Hope this makes sense.

Scenario:

I call the IVR, i select either 1 or 2 for language (these are valid) and I immediately move to the next step of the IVR.

If i call the same IVR and select 3-9, *, 0, or # as many times as i want but there is no interruption to the caller at all and no mention of an "invalid entry". The current prompt simply repeats itself one more time.

Thanks!

That is a cool idea, but no not possible. The barge is universal, means that it interrupts on the DTMF and NOT on the value of the DTMF.
