Is there any way of creating a special user for configuring Outbound Campaigns, but not be able to access to the rest of the configuration menus?

Thanks!

Hi Alicia,

Only UCCX Administrator can configure the UCCX System, you can not have a special role to access\configure  only the outbound Campagins.

Administrator Privileges

A Unified CCX Administrator is a user with complete access to the Unified CCX Administration and has the authority to configure the entire system. An Administrator can also be assigned a combination of other roles.

The Administrator can turn on/off the authority of a Supervisor to manage the teams and agents.

Please refer from page 413 onwards in the below  link.

Hope it helps.

Taking into consideration that the only user that has access to the entire system is the Administrator; is there any way that a Supervisor can create or delete outbound campaigns instead of the Administrator?

I have this situation with a customer. the IT department don’t want to give Admin privileges to the contact center supervisors or business department which is the department who determines when the outbound campaings should go out (the customer is a Bank). They need the Supervisor been able of creating or deleting outbound campaigns. Is this possible?

Thanks in advanced.

Hi asantosp,

Creating Campaigns \ importing contacts...etc requires Administrative privileges , Supervisor can not do that operation

Supervisor Privileges

Supervisors can additionally modify and view skills, view the list of all teams for which this user is the supervisor, view the skills, CSQs, and resource groups configured in this system, view and manage resources, and configure the teams managed by the supervisor.
