ccx finesse - disable direct transfer and silent monitor option

hi guys,

client is running ver 12.5 ccx and they want to know if there is a way to disable direct transfer button and silent monitor option available for supervisor.

I know i can make silent monitor not work when they press but i wouldn't know how to disable to it won't even show up as option.

please let me know
