CCX reporting Date time format extract CCDR report

Can someone please explain how I can change the date/time format in the CCDR report when I export the data to an SFTP location?

I get:

I've done this for a client before - I basically created a custom version of the report which exported the date field as a string rather than a datetime. 

That requires access to CUIC premium and some SQL skills if you have them.

Good to know... But is is possible to expain me a little bit how? Or to export the custom report so I can import it again?
