CCX V10.0 & V9.0 Compatability

Dears ,

I have built a CCX BOQ in 28^th of April 2014 , the two quoted CCX seats under ( R-CBE6K-K9 & CCX-90-ADDON-LIC ) are version 9.0 as at that time it were quotable & orderable, After the second part already delivered as is to our distributer ,  Cisco want to change the first part to be Version 10 ,Accordingly the whole system will become a mix between version 9.0 & 10.0 .

I need either to unify the version of the whole seats to make it 9.0 or 10.0 , Or if it’s not possible to change the delivered one , please to confirm whether we can install 25 seat from version 10 & the ADD-ON 15 seats from version 9.0 in the same system & then to upgrade all to the same version?

License is different for each major version, you can either install version 9, apply the 9.X licenses, upgrade to 10.X and then apply 10.X licenses.  Or you can work with licensing team to convert the 9.X licenses to 10.x, you will get a pushback asking you to RMA those, which might be an easy option, or you can try to escalate the request.
