Hi All,
I´m doing a test with CCX version 9 and trying to use webchat feature on that but when I try to logon onto chat session I´m getting back a message saying "Service Unavaiable. Try logging in again".
I been reading on some documentation Cisco Social Miner is required but I´m not sure if this is the reason for that error message. I´m acctually don´t the cisco social miner deployed.
Could someone assist on this ?
