change the Display (Internal Caller ID) to be Name when calling Route Pattern number

Hi All

we Have Callmanager 7.1 integrated with UCCE( CVP 8.5 and ICM 8) , and we have internal helpdesk support number its( route pattern number - RL-RG and trunk to the CVP) its working fine but we need when the employee calling the support number when need to display ip phone the name instead of number but threre is no option under the route Pattern to change the display alerting name or put description.can you help us to do this change

Hi, do you mean you want to present the Calling Name when the call is connected between an internal caller and the support agent of the contact center? G.

I want to present ( Helpdesk) For example in their ipphone when calling support but the problem i didn't find any place under route-pattern to display name like what it available under any directory number.

yes iwant to present the name when call is connected to the agent( its assigned to icm script)

Are you routing this call via CTI RP (recommended and with some version only way supported)? If so, the alerting name and display name of the CTI RP should be used.

we have CCM 7.1.5 ? we are routing VIA route Route Pattern through sip trunk
