Changing ActiveDirectory ip-address in UCCE 7.1.5

                  Hi all

Recently there had been a AD migration from 2003 to 2008 successfully due to this,  there is a chnage of ip address for AD .

the question is   ,  how, what and where  the  change of  ipaddress of  AD  be  addressed  in UCCE 7.1.5 .

we are running ucce 7.1.5 with rogger a/b , ipivr (pair ) , Admin wkr ( pair ) and ccm (pair)

just to update this post !

I got the answer cisco.com,  ucce 7.1.5 is  not compatible with AD 2008 . the minimum  version requried is  7.5 (4).

only the web view portal was not working, admin account to ucce administration was working fine.

ucce does not save any  ip address or hostname , it check thru dns.

Case close
