Hi

My understading is that you cannot  change DNS in a standalone Finesse server, we have finesse version 10.5 and PCCE 9.0, so, I´ve been looking for a link to confirm this, can anyone have that link? or am I correct with this ? Thanks.

I can't see any reason why you can't change the DNS domain name. Should work fine, all you need to know is after you do that you'll have to sign your Finesse Tomcat certificates again, as changing the domain name will erase your current one and will re-generate a self-signed certificate.
Also, in the Finesse configurations where you configure the AW server, if you used FQDNs so just make sure they are still resolvable. Unless you're using IP addresses, which is fine and it'll work.

Well, if it's a Cisco bug, I can't really argue with that :)
Still, it's a bug and not something that has been done by design I guess. Anyway, rebuilding the cluster won't take much time.

Correct, here is the link: https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuq45068/?rfs=iqvred

According to that bugnote it seems like it may be supported in 11.5, but I can't find a specific reference to that.

According to the Finesse installation and upgrade guide for 11.5(1)

"Choose the Finesse hostname, domain, and IP address carefully. After you install Finesse, you cannot change these values."

Please let me know if this helps.
