Changing Password to uccxhruser

Hi,

we are developing some custom reports in UCCX 8.5. We know that we need to use uccxhruser but we never has set a password for this user. We don't know in which way can affect to other applications if we set a password.

Could anybody help me?

Hi

The UCCXHRUSER is not used by the system itself - so that won't break. It's only used for remote access to the database.

External applications that might use the account are things like:

- Wallboards

- Worfkforce Optimisation solutions

- External reporting packages

Whether you have any of these - only you will know.
