Check Finesse Server connections?

I have agents log in on the two nodes in pseudo load-balancing manner.
That seems to work fine, but is there a way to see how many sessions each node has?

Hi,

I am not aware of a way to see how many sessions each node has. I don't believe that the Finesse server even keeps that count.

Thanx,

Denise

Thanks. Certainly it does internally, as it must handle the overall HA architecture. I think it would be a good addition to add an information field in the User API for the most recent logon node, do displaying and statistics could be handled in a gadget.

I believe this is now possible using the below API URI.

https://FQDN/finesse-dp/rest/DiagnosticPortal/GetPerformanceInformation

See below for more info:

Gerry

Hi Gerry,

Oh! I forgot about the DP APIs. Thanks for pointing it out.

Thanx,

Denise
