Check if any agents are logged into a queue

Hello,

I've read several articles here regarding checking to see if agents are in the queue before making a routing decision, but I can't seem to make sense of it.

Can anyone upload a sample AEF file that I can look at to figure this out? Thank you, much appreciated.

Hello-

Take a look at the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Editor Step Reference Guide for your version of UCCX at the Get Reporting Statistic step.

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/customer-collaboration/unified-contact-center-express/products-programming-reference-guides-list.html

In this case you can use a guide for any of the versions listed as the step hasn't changed.

Report Object: CSQ IPCC Express

Field: Logged-In Resources

Row Identifier: The CSQ you're interested in (This could also be defined as a String variable

Result Statistic:  This is the value that will be returned and needs to be stored as an int variable

If you use this and the value returned is "-1" that means the CSQ name doesn't exist.  It should also be noted that CSQ names are case sensitive.

Hopefully that helps.
