CIM 4.4(1) Upgrade procedure

Hi,

I've noticed that there is an upgrade for interaction manager which allows customer to connect to chat by ussing Internet Explorer 9. I currently run 4.3.1.4 or better known as 4.3(1) Hotfix 4, does anyone know if there is a documented procedure for the upgrade?
