We are running Contact Center Express v7.0, CAD v6.6(1) and agents are getting an error when logging in to the CAD. After entering their passwords the following pops up.
ERROR– A Runtime error has occurred - Do You Want To Debug - Line: 155, Yes or No?
If they click no, they log in just fine and everything is ok. This just started to happen and a new agent I setup two weeks ago does not have the same error showing. Looks to be a possible windows error having to do with IE if I had to guess.
Just wondered if anyone else out there has seen this.
