Cisco Agent Desktop logging directory

Hi Guys,

dont you know if there is a chance to install CAD to default directory

C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\

and enforce to do logging somewhere else?

(default directory of logs is C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\log\)

Our problem is that only writeable directory in our domain is doc&settings\users\...

but admins dont want to install software there..

In the C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\config\Agent.cfg file, do the following:

[Program Log]

Path=\Agent.log

[Debug Log]

Path=\Agent.dbg
