Hello,
Its Cisco Aqm 11.5
Calls are recorded and available in recording storage, DB entries are also available however the calls are not available for playback in the Web interface.
This is a fresh installation.
Any suggestions please

I could be mistaken but I thought you had to put something in the first field as well as the date section, like if you select Organization and then do All in the drop down (or whatever group these calls are for); or you can choose some phone numbers/phone numbers with a wildcard.
Is this a new install or something just stopped working?

Have you made sure that your user Sinan is supervisor of/can view the group(s) that took those calls?

Yes, user sinan supervising all the teams and groups
