Not sure if this is in the right location buy here goes...
I am a Helpdesk Engineer and I know we use CISCO Call Manager for our phone system.
One issue is that the phone never goes to busy wrap up so I never got any time to finish (log) the last call I was on.
Another issue is that calls will ring and ring even if I don't pickup.
When I have used phone systems before if you don't pickup within a few ring's the call will go to the next available operator.
I am trying to understand why this isn't occurring?
I also have no option on the phone to put my self as away to lunch or busy?
