Hi Team,

Does any one know and/or have documentatio if CC Enterprise On-Premise is compatible with the new Webex WFO Cloud service.

As it is mentioned in the Website, "Webex Workforce Optimization integrates directly with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and Webex Contact Center solutions to enhance and transform the supervisor experience and create a contact center of excellence."

CCE On-Prem cannot be integrated with Cisco WebEx WFO as of now as per the documentations available in Cisco.
