Cisco CCX uccxhruser password expiring.

I don´t know when and how but uccxhruser password has been expired. Is there a policy that can I set time to expire or set password never to expires?

Hey

No - That password never expired. So no policy.

Just notice that it is not migrated in an upgrade, so if you have made an upgrade you have to set it again (on both servers if it is a HA enviroment)

Hi, my server doesn't have HA. Every so often I lost Historical Reports, so I have to change password in order to see these reports again. Look below before and after change password.

I would make a TAC case on that. 

I would assume that when you set the password in appadmin - it syncs the password to cuic. So if the CUIC datasource break down, it must be something else.
