Hi , I want to make to my company call center with 15 agents only.
our customer will hear IVR and will press 0 for sales for example , and also the call must be recorded
so i want to ask
1- Did BE6000M has Cisco CCX VM , or i need to buy CCX-11-SYSTEM-K9 seprate ?
2- also about license , did i need Enhanced or premuim ?
3- also what licnese needed for call recording ?
4- also what difference between CCX-11-CR-LIC , CCX-11-AQM-LIC , CCX-11-WFM-LIC , MCP-11X-AUD-10PACK , CCX-11-REC-LIC ?
5- also why cisco add license for mediasense , it's needed for call recording or enough CCX-11-CR-LIC ?

I suggest you reach out to local Cisco partner for a FREE solution and quote based on your requirements. CCX is not included in BE6K as you require separate license (agent licenses) for it. Enhanced vs. Premium comes down to specific requirements, i.e. need for DB integration, etc. which is well documented here:
As to recording again, there are options Cisco OEMs Calabrio's AQM/QM product which is great option, but not the only one, again based on requirements different licensing models are available. MediaSense has been announced End of Life, so I would not probably consider it.
